Although we are in the business of making money, our main objective is to serve you; And to be the best restaurant for lunch and breakfast in Corona. We want to make sure you leave our place very satisfied.
We will be featuring new dishes every month, starting with Lomo Saltado in October!!!
Lomo saltado is a Peruvian dish that has Asian influences (chifa) consisting of strips of sirloin marinated in vinegar, soy sauce and spices, then stir fried with red onions, parsley and tomatoes. It is traditionally served over white rice with homemade French fries that look more like potato wedges. Its combination of both cultures makes the dish very popular (please look a the pic on he right).
We will have daily lunch specials posted on our facebook page as well as on our chalkboard at our place.
